One of the biggest struggles people face is getting enough rest. Without enough time in deep and REM sleep, you end up lethargic and exhausted day after day. And if you're sleep hygiene's out of control, those blissful hours or dreaming will continue to elude you.
Everyone's learned to cope with a "new normal." But, as it turns out, when you get smacked with changes to that normal, it can throw you off-stride. So much that it starts to eat away at your mental state (who knew?). Then, when you're hit with a recovery period, your body tends to rebel against you. It's not a fun process.
