Writing is a solo operation. No one is going to swoop in and do it for you. (Well, not if you’re GOOD at it) And that means you slide through the cracks and become unhealthy. Unless you install a support network of friends, family, and significant others who want to keep you happy – and supplied with snacks.
Okay, so maybe North Carolina wasn’t at the top of my dream vacation list. But vacations away from work and responsibility count wherever you get them. And now you get to enjoy some of my photos. Think of it as living vicariously in case you’re still chained to a computer.
